Our Office Administrative Assistant Certificate provides comprehensive training in office correspondence, customer care duties, shorthand skills, office document processing, business communication, telephone management, and office administration. What you need to join our Office Administration programs

Certificate Program (Level 5)

Minimum qualifications for entry:

  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E.) with a minimum mean grade of D (Plain)
  • Equivalent qualifications as determined by TVETA
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Strong communication skills

Diploma Program (Level 6)

Requirements for advanced qualification:

  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E.) with a minimum mean grade of C- (minus)
  • Office Administration or related Level 5 Certificate
  • Equivalent qualifications as determined by TVET Authority
  • Demonstrated administrative experience
